The Building Inspectors Association of Nassau County will be providing in person training to paid members at
NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE
1 Education Drive
College Center Building (CCB) – Multipurpose Room
Garden City, NY 11530
BIANCO, with the hospitality of John Serrano Public Safety & Catherine Sender Institutional Advancement and on behalf of NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE will be hosting the following classes for a total of 6 hours of in-service training by the Department of State

- First quarter 2025 DBSC Division Update (1)
- Performing Plan Review and Inspections (1)
- Q & A Session (1)
3 Hours Topic 1
- ACCA Manuals J and S Reviewing Submittals for Residential HVAC (1)
1 Hour Topic 2
- Load Calculations and Equipment Selections (1)
- Air Leakage and Duct Pressure Testing an Overview & Demonstration (1)
2 Hours Topic 3

Classes will begin at 8:00AM in the Multipurpose Room locating in the CCB Building at Nassau Community College. Note that parking enforcement in the lot will be suspended during this time of training. Food court is locating in the lower level for anyone wanting breakfast or lunch.
Please keep in mind as per New York State you will only be able to do 12hours online all others will be in person.
